Goddess Day Special Event | "Emotional Management and Sunshine Mentality" Charming Women's Lecture
Recently, in order to celebrate International Women's Day, our unit specially organized a lecture with the theme of "caring for women's mental health and improving workplace happiness", and distributed holiday benefits to female employees on the spot. This activity aims to pay attention to women's physical and mental health, enhance team cohesion, and convey warmth and care.
On the day of the event, Ms. Xiao Yue, a national second-level psychological counselor, was invited to give a wonderful mental health lecture to female employees. Starting from the multiple roles of women in the workplace, family and society, Ms. Xiao deeply analyzed the psychological pressure faced by modern women, and shared practical emotional management skills and self-regulation methods. She emphasized that while women pursue a balance between career and family, they should also pay attention to self-care, learn to release stress, and maintain a positive and optimistic attitude.
The atmosphere of the lecture was warm, and the employees actively participated in the interaction and asked the teachers for advice on the issues they were concerned about. The teacher patiently answered questions and provided professional advice, which won unanimous praise from the staff present. Everyone said that through this lecture, they not only learned practical mental health knowledge, but also felt the importance and care of the unit for female employees.
After the lecture, the unit also distributed carefully prepared holiday benefits to all female employees to express their gratitude for their hard work and holiday blessings. Everyone said that this gift was not only warm and intimate, but also felt the warmth and support of the collective.
