The National and Local Joint Engineering Research Center for Distributed Control Technology was approved and established by the National Development and Reform Commission in 2015. With the development purpose of "based in Anhui, radiating across the country, actively integrating the disciplinary advantages of regional distributed control technology, and vigorously strengthening the horizontal connection with industrial innovation platforms in the industry", the center closely follows the national development strategy aiming at the major needs of industrial enterprises such as the prominent contradiction between development and security, actively committed to the application research of industrial intelligent perception and distributed real-time control, industrial embedded system and control software development and other technical directions, formed distinctive distinctive advantages in railway signal safety integrity technology, anti detonation design technology, and provided common technology research and development, technology integration, talent training, achievement transformation, product testing and verification with strong platform support for industrial upgrading and standard formulation.

The national postdoctoral research workstation of gocom was established in 2010 by the ministry of human resources and social security and the national postdoctoral management committee. The goal is to bring in and absorb high-level talents to work on pioneering and basic research on railway signal control and intelligent dispatching to enhance the technological innovation capabilities of enterprise.

Key Laboratory of Mine Internet of Things and Safety Monitoring Technology in Anhui Province was established in 2010 with the approval of Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Department. The laboratory adheres to the operating mechanism of "openness, mobility, association and competition", and is committed to the basic research and key generic technology research on the application of industrial Internet of Things and safety monitoring technology in the field of mines and railways. Its main research directions are signal control and intelligent dispatching of mine ground standard gauge railways, mine locomotive driver-less, regional safety control, mine mobile communication, wireless precise positioning and so on. Gocom has made positive contributions to promoting scientific and technological progress in the industry.

Railway Intelligent Transportation Safety Key Technology and Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center in Anhui Province was approved and established by Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Department in 2010. Centering on the development of high-level equipment industry of rail transit in Anhui Province, the center is committed to the systematic, supporting and engineering research of key technologies for intelligent transportation safety of ground industrial railways and underground narrow gauge railways. The technical direction of intelligent logistics management has formed distinctive advantages, providing professional platform support for the scientific and technological progress, industrial development and talent cultivation of Anhui Province in this field.

It was established with the approval of Anhui Provincial Economic and Information Commission in 2021. The center has always adhered to the innovation oriented industrial design concept, and has been focusing on and deeply engaged in the field of industrial railway signal control and intelligent dispatching technology for a long time. The design level in the field of railway signal fault safety and underground explosion prevention is among the forefront of the same industry in China. The designed industrial products are oriented to harsh working conditions such as mining, metallurgy, petrochemical, and electric power, with outstanding characteristics of high safety and high reliability.

The Hefei University of Technology Gaoko Information Technology Co., Ltd. Anhui Provincial Enterprise R&D Center was established in 2023 with the approval of the Anhui Provincial Department of Science and Technology. The main research directions are "Key technologies and equipment research for high-safety-level railway signal control", "Key technologies research for intelligent operation of railway stations based on AIoT", and "Research on intelligent scheduling and maintenance industrial Internet platform technology for railway transportation", etc. It will be built into a high-level R&D platform, achievement transformation platform, and open service platform for intelligent control, scheduling operation, and maintenance of railway transportation, and a gathering and training base for high-level talents.
