The "Monorail Crane Unmanned System KJZ22" independently developed by the University of Technology Hi-Tech uses key technologies such as AI video recognition, radar ranging, precise positioning, unmanned monorail crane, and monorail crane collaborative scheduling to develop a vehicle-mounted unmanned AI control terminal for coal mines, and adopts the fault-oriented and safe on-board hardware/software platform design, which breaks through the collaborative operation technology of monorail crane and ground rail locomotive, and realizes the efficient collaborative operation of ground rail locomotive-flat car-container and monorail crane. Focusing on the high-end equipment manufacturing industry, it focuses on the safe transportation of coal, metal and other mining industries, and realizes the functions of unmanned driving, road condition perception, task scheduling, on-board monitoring, precise positioning, automatic damper control, overspeed alarm, and anti-collision of monorail cranes. The product can be used in mines with low illumination, no satellite signal, and explosive environment, which can reduce underground operators, avoid transportation safety accidents, and improve transportation efficiency. The product has been successfully applied in dozens of large-scale coal mines and metal mines, and has won many honors such as "National Patent-Intensive Product Filing", "The First Set of the Fourth Batch of Major Technical Equipment in Anhui Province in 2023", "Typical Cases of Safety Emergency Equipment Application and Promotion in 2024".
