On the afternoon of February 1, 2024, the Anhui Provincial Network Information Trade Union carried out a warm and meaningful "Two Sessions to Send Warmth" and inspection and visit activities in the high-tech of the University of Technology. Yin Yunxia, chairman of the provincial network information trade union, Hang Bo, vice chairman, and Li Yun, the second-level chief clerk, came to the scene and communicated with the company's employees at close range, sending them warmth and care. In the discussion and exchange session, Chairman Yin listened to the report of Li Yanhong, vice president of the company and chairman of the trade union, on the basic situation of the company and the work of the trade union. Chairman Li reported on the current business status and future development plan of the company, and shared a number of substantive achievements carried out by the company's labor union in recent years, such as continuous improvement of the employee care service system, successful practice of the open and democratic management mechanism of factory affairs, including the standardized implementation of the employee congress system, the establishment of employee supervisors, etc. These solid and effective measures not only promote the development of the enterprise, but also effectively ensure that the rights and interests of employees are fully protected, and promote the harmony and stability within the company.
