Industrial Railway Signal Control and Intelligent Dispatching Equipment Industrial Park Project of the University of Technology
The project is located in the southwest corner of the intersection of Xiyou Road and Xiangzhang Avenue in Hefei High-tech Industrial Development Zone, adjacent to Xiyou Road on the north side of the city arterial road, and Xiangzhang Avenue on the east side. The total land area of the project is about 8941.0 square meters, and it is planned to build a high-rise factory building and a three-storey underground garage, with a total construction area of 43986.00 square meters above ground and a total underground construction area of 18912.02 square meters.
For two consecutive years, the University of Technology has been rated as a Class A enterprise with average benefit per mu in Hefei City and Hefei High-tech Zone
