On December 30, the groundbreaking ceremony of the new high-tech project of the University of Technology was held in the southwest corner park of Xiyou Road and Xiangzhang Avenue in Hefei High-tech Zone. The new high-tech project of the University of Technology is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Xiyou Road and Xiangzhang Avenue in Hefei High-tech Industrial Development Zone, adjacent to Xiyou Road, the main road of the city on the north side, and Xiangzhang Avenue on the east side. The total land area of the project is about 8941.0 square meters, and it is planned to build a high-rise factory building and a three-storey underground garage, with a total construction area of 43986.00 square meters above ground and a total underground construction area of 18912.02 square meters.
