Recently, the Anhui Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology announced the "List of the First Set of Major Technical Equipment in Anhui Province in the Fourth Batch in 2023", and the "Monorail Crane Unmanned Driving System" independently developed by the University of Technology Hi-Tech was successfully selected.
The unmanned driving system of monorail crane locomotive realizes the unmanned driving and intelligent control of monorail crane locomotive, and has the functions of unmanned driving, road condition awareness, task scheduling, on-board monitoring, precise positioning, automatic damper control, overspeed alarm, anti-collision and so on. It is of great significance to reduce the number of underground operators, avoid transportation safety accidents, and improve the production and transportation efficiency and intelligent level of China's coal mining industry.
The development of this equipment adopts key technologies such as AI video recognition, radar ranging, precise positioning, unmanned monorail crane, and collaborative scheduling of monorail cranes, which are interdisciplinary and cross-field, cross-cutting, and technically complex and difficult.
The successful selection of the "first set" list in Anhui Province is a recognition of our company's innovation ability and scientific research achievements in the field of intelligent mine construction, and also lays a good foundation for the equipment to be promoted and applied in the market.
