Good News | University of Technology High Tech Selected for the 2022 Industrial Internet Pilot Demonstration List of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the 2022 Industrial Internet Pilot Demonstration List, and the "Industrial Railway 5G+Industrial Internet Safety Production Solution" of the University of Technology was successfully selected.
In the "5G+Industrial Internet" safety production solution for industrial railways, digital empowerment has been provided for industrial railway signal control and intelligent scheduling, as well as intelligent operation and maintenance of industrial internet services. This is also another authoritative recognition for its empowering practice in the field of industrial internet platforms and safety production, following the inclusion of the Industrial Internet APP Excellent Solution by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in the 2022 Industrial Internet APP.
In response to the complexity and multimodality of industrial railway transportation production data, the Industrial University of Technology has built a global customer cloud service center with 5G communication and AI intelligent algorithms as the core, and big data platform as the architecture. It conducts in-depth analysis of equipment operation status and fault information, excavates equipment fault and degradation characteristics, and is the first fault diagnosis and health management model established in the industry for the entire lifecycle of industrial railway signal equipment.
On the basis of thorough research on the production and transportation pain points in industries such as metallurgy, mining, petrochemicals, ports, and power, and in-depth exploration of customer needs, the High Tech Department of the University of Technology has completed the design and research and development of this plan, which has been verified in units such as Nangang, Anyang Iron and Steel, Tangjiahui Mining, Xinwen Mining, and Magang, effectively solving customer problems and needs.
Polytechnic University has long focused on and deeply cultivated the field of industrial railway signal control and intelligent scheduling technology, forming a core technology system with complete independent intellectual property rights, represented by railway signal safety integrity technology and anti explosion design technology. In the future, the University of Technology will actively promote the implementation and application of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, 5G, big data, and industrial internet in intelligent mining, railway transportation, and other industries, continuously creating value for users and jointly leading the digital transformation of the industry.
