Application Case: Creating a "New Benchmark" for Intelligent Assistance Transportation, gocom’s solution was highly praised by Huainan Mining Group


  Following Selian No. 2 coal mine, Tangjiahui coal mine and Bojiang Haizi coal mine, gocom created a new benchmark for the construction of intelligent demonstration mines for Huainan Mining Group, and undertook the implementation of the intelligent auxiliary transportation project of Zhangji coal mine, covering vehicle positioning and logistics management, unmanned monorail crane driving, and intelligent dispatching and control of auxiliary transportation. After the system was put into operation, it was highly praised by users and was listed as one of the top ten innovation projects of Huaihe coal mine, with obvious demonstration application effect and broad promotion prospects.

  The system is based on the construction of a network to realize the presentation of the whole process business from "material requisition → vehicle dispatching → unmanned driving → logistics transfer (including recycling) → material consumption → internal market connection". The powerful functions and convenient operation have changed the transportation production mode qualitatively. The auxiliary transportation of Zhangji coal mine ushers in a new look of full process information operation, automatic transportation and visual management.

  On September 29, Zhangji coal mine held an on-site meeting on monorail crane dispatching control and material consumption system. The coal branch of Huainan Mining Group organized expert leaders and technicians from major mining areas to observe, discuss and promote the system. The safe, efficient and accurate application effect of the system was fully affirmed.

   

 

  Intelligent control of material transportation

  In the north dispatching room of Zhangji coal mine, the information on the integrated platform of comprehensive management and control of auxiliary transportation presented on the dispatching command screen is clear at a glance. The platform comprehensively uses the whole process intelligent technology to realize the whole process information management and internal market-oriented assessment of auxiliary transportation "material application, wagon distribution, material transfer and recovery, and material consumption evaluation".

 

  Intelligent dispatching and control of auxiliary transportation

  Based on industrial Ethernet and multi-function fusion base station, the platform integrated centralized control design is adopted, and based on the material application plan, through the matching and connection with mobile (including on-board) terminals, signal systems, material storage systems and APP information interaction, the information management of vehicles and materials, the operation linkage of personnel and vehicles, and the independent dispatching decision-making and safe and efficient management and control under the mixed operation of underground rail locomotives and monorail cranes are realized. All above guarantee the intelligent, efficient and safe operation of auxiliary transportation in Zhangji coal mine.

 

 

  Unmanned monorail crane

  Based on industrial WiFi6 wireless communication network, intelligent automatic driving technology and remote anthropomorphic safety operation technology are adopted, combined with precise positioning and navigation, road condition and environment perception, path planning and other technologies, to implement "safety communication+automatic monitoring" for key devices such as track switches, roadway dampers, and "autonomous obstacle avoidance+automatic driving" for monorail cranes.
