The autumn wind is cool and the flower is fragrant. Recently, the auxiliary transportation intelligent dispatching command system independently developed by gocom has helped Yankuang Energy Zhaolou coal mine pass the acceptance of "the first batch of national intelligent demonstration coal mines".
This is the first intelligent demonstration coal mine in Shandong Province that has passed the national construction acceptance
On September 14, Shandong Provincial Energy Bureau organized experts to conduct on-site acceptance assessment of "the first batch of national intelligent demonstration coal mines" for Zhaolou Coal Mine of Yankuang Energy. After reviewing the data, on-site inspection, inquiry and discussion, Zhaolou Coal Mine passed the on-site acceptance assessment of Class II intermediate intelligent demonstration construction coal mine. At the same time, the coal preparation plant of the mine passed the on-site acceptance assessment of the intermediate intelligent coal preparation plant, becoming the first coal mine in the province to pass the on-site acceptance assessment.
Zhaolou Coal Mine of Yankuang Energy is located in Heze City, Shandong Province, the hometown of peonies. It is rich in coking coal. The auxiliary transportation system has multiple transportation modes, such as electric locomotives, monorail cranes and rubber tyred trucks. The mine has long transportation lines, many vehicles, narrow roadways, one-way operation, frequent transportation operations, and high complexity in implementing intelligent transformation technology for auxiliary transportation.
Gocom gives full play to its technical advantages, makes use of the signal system equipment and resources already built in the mine, and builds a set of intelligent dispatching and command system for auxiliary transportation with all-round and three-dimensional management and control functions while minimizing equipment and capital investment.

The system realizes the characteristic functions of signal boarding, vehicle condition monitoring upload and driver driving behavior monitoring through on-board APP, realizes the safety anti-collision early warning, alarm and active protection of auxiliary transportation driving equipment, effectively avoids side collision, head collision, rear end collision and other accidents, and completely changes the traditional situation of passively commanding locomotives with roadway signals.
Priority switching, congestion prevention, exclusive passage, green channel and other modes can be configured separately or mixed according to needs
Precise scheduling helps efficient production
From the coding and application of vehicles and materials, to the logistics transfer and recovery, a new dispatching and control mode for the whole process of auxiliary transportation business has been realized, which is based on the accurate positioning information of vehicles, by means of the information intelligent processing of auxiliary transportation business, and with the mobile terminal information bearing as the core.
At present, the ground monitoring screen of Zhaolou coal mine, the dispatching command center computer, all authorized terminals (computers) in the mine LAN, and the tablet computer APP can be used to query the vehicle and material operation information in real time, display the location, logistics information, transfer handover status and other data of various vehicles in the intelligent logistics information, completely eliminate the cumbersome formalities of document handover, and master the dynamic changes in the material transportation process in real time.
Supported by the big data of the mine, the "one platform, one map" of multiple systems has been realized, which has greatly improved the refined management of vehicle material tracking, the precise management of man vehicle interaction, and the intelligent management of locomotive and vehicle scheduling.
