The system integrates lidar and near-infrared imaging multi-source perception technology to build an environment perception capability that adapts to low illumination and high robustness underground, and deploys hanging rail anomaly diagnosis, obstacle recognition, and dynamic target tracking algorithms based on mine flameproof and intrinsically safe edge intelligent computing terminals to achieve point-to-point automatic transportation. The system introduces data mining technology based on machine learning, and develops equipment fault diagnosis and health analysis software to grasp the operation status of equipment in real time, mine the law of fault and performance degradation, and comprehensively improve the intelligent level of operation and maintenance. At the same time, the project has realized the localization and deployment of the core chip module of the AI video recognition module, and promoted the independent and controllable key technologies.
The overall technological achievements have reached the international advanced level, which is of great significance for promoting the intelligent upgrading and high-quality development of China's coal mining industry.
Xinhua News Agency reported in Chinese and English that "the University of Technology Hi-Tech and the German Scharf jointly built an unmanned monorail crane to protect the mining area Anlan". The cooperation case was selected into the "China Smart Life" casebook and released at the 2024 World Artificial Intelligence Conference in Shanghai.
