In the initial implementation plan communication, the owner was only allowed to use noon and after-school time for construction, and at the same time, it was necessary to ensure that the classrooms under construction that day would not be affected. Follow up with normal teaching tasks. According to calculations, this will cause the overall construction period to exceed half a year. After winning the bid for the project, the project team members began to reverse the plan and enter the intense construction stage.

The May Day holiday is coming soon. The project team agreed and decided to sacrifice their personal rest time, adopt a night construction shift system, streamline operations, speed up the project progress, high-standard construction, and high-efficiency advancement, and compressed the project period to two months. At the same time, emergency plans are formulated to ensure the orderly advancement and smooth implementation of the project, ensuring that the project is completed on schedule without affecting subsequent teaching tasks.
