Go on CCTV! Uit (688367.SH) helps Anhui Province develop intelligent mining construction
Recently, the famous program "World Finance and Economics" of CCTV financial channel in the latest report, focused on the development of intelligent mining construction projects in Anhui province, of which the electric locomotive unmanned driving system built by the University of Technology (688367.SH) has formed a demonstration application in the country. The promotion of the project has driven the overall improvement of the intelligent level of Anhui mining development, and contributed to the positive force for the development of China's modern industrial system.

On the one hand, the system responds to the national "no one is safe, few people are safe" safety production requirements, effectively reduce the risk of accidents, improve the level of mine safety management; On the other hand, improve the working environment of coal miners, reduce labor intensity, and realize remote centralized control of underground locomotive driving and ore drawing operations. Coal miners who "do not see the sun at both ends and are physically and mentally tired all the year round" have become ground remote centralized controllers, and the large screen has become "clairvoyant" and "wind ear", completely changing the working environment of the post.
Anhui Development Mining Co., Ltd. is a state-owned joint-stock enterprise owned by Hanxing Mining Bureau of China Minmetals Group. It is the largest underground iron mine in China. The mine is divided into two major stopes, Wuji and Lilou. Before the implementation of the project, the use of artificial ore drawing, ore splashing to the miners to bring safety risks, mineral scattered dust, easy to cause occupational hazards. Manual driving of electric locomotive, drivers running red lights, speeding and other non-standard operations are easy to cause safety accidents. On the way, when the switch is wrong, the driver needs to hold the remote control or stop to move the switch manually. Transportation operations rely on manual intervention, lack of intelligent scheduling, transportation efficiency is not high, and security risks are big.
In April 2021, the company built an electric locomotive unmanned driving system based on WIFI communication in the north of Wuji-mining area of Anhui Development Mining Co., LTD., completing a breakthrough in the unmanned business in the iron ore industry, realizing the unmanned underground transportation and ore drawing operation integrating "loading - transporting - unloading", and helping the intelligent construction of the mine to a new height.
With the development of 5G technology and the country's vigorous promotion. In June 2022, UIT High-Tech once again undertook the second phase of Anhui Mining development project to build a locomotive unmanned driving system fully covered by 5G network in Wujinan. The system integrates the 5G+WIFI network in the south and north of Wuji, greatly improves the autonomous driving and comprehensive scheduling and control capabilities of underground electric locomotives, and realizes the new mode of "machine advance and people retreat" in iron ore production and transportation.
With the deepening of the national intelligent mine construction, the development of intelligent mining construction in Anhui Province has formed an application demonstration in China and achieved remarkable results. The successful implementation of the project will provide useful experience for other regions of the country, further promote the innovative development of China's mining industry, and inject new vitality into the process of industrial upgrading and modernization in China.
