  The precise scheduling system for auxiliary transportation in Zhaolou Coal Mine is an important achievement of the Institute of Technology in the field of intelligent construction of coal mines. This system combines advanced information technology and intelligent algorithms, aiming to achieve a new scheduling and control mode for the entire process of auxiliary transportation business, with the informatization and intelligent processing of auxiliary transportation business as the means and the information carrying of mobile terminals as the core. Optimize the internal transportation process of coal mines, improve transportation efficiency, achieve precise management of human-vehicle linkage operations, and achieve intelligent management of locomotive and vehicle scheduling.

  The Zhaolou Coal Mine of Yanmei Heze Energy Chemical Company is located in Yuncheng County, Heze City, Shandong Province, the famous birthplace of Water Margin Culture. It is a strategic decision made by Yankuang Group in accordance with the provincial party committee and government's "breakthrough Heze, driving the western region, and promoting the development of the province". The recoverable reserves of Zhaolou Coal Mine are 106 million tons, and the estimated reserves are 208 million tons. The average thickness of the main coal seam is 6.19 meters, and the coal types are mainly 1/3 coking coal, gas fertilizer coal, and gas coal, with local natural coke. The designed production capacity of the mine is 3 million tons per year. The Zhaolou mine and related supporting projects are strictly organized and constructed in accordance with the "Overall Development Plan of Juye Mining Area", adhering to market orientation, economic efficiency as the center, and high yield and efficiency as the goal. The project construction is completed with optimal design, fastest speed, minimum investment, simplest system, maximum output, and best economic efficiency.

 

 

 

 The precise scheduling management of locomotives mainly achieves the collection of position information and tracking of running paths for mainline track locomotives. After computer interlocking calculation, it automatically controls the actions of track switches, signals, and other equipment to achieve precise scheduling of the locomotive's operation process. It can effectively prevent accidents such as train head collision, rear collision, and side collision, ensure train safety, and effectively improve train transportation efficiency. Locomotive dispatchers can view the location information and driver information of all underground vehicles in real-time in the dispatch room, constantly grasp the status of the underground transportation system, provide reliable support for efficient and reasonable scheduling of underground transportation, and achieve precise scheduling and management of ground rail locomotives, monorail cranes, and material circulation.

 

  Intelligent material control involves deploying IoT equipment for collecting, controlling, and communicating material flow both in the well and underground, establishing a software and hardware support system for material management, optimizing existing material management processes, and achieving information-based management of the entire process of material planning, approval, and handover. Material management personnel can quickly query information data such as material location, vehicle number, and transportation location, and control the entire process from material outbound to material recycling, achieving full lifecycle management of materials, improving transportation efficiency, and achieving refined control of materials.

 

  Through this system, Zhaolou Coal Mine can monitor and manage the position, load, and driving status of transportation vehicles in real-time. At the same time, the system can automatically allocate and schedule transportation tasks based on the production plan and actual situation of the coal mine, ensuring timely transportation of coal, and improving the efficiency and safety of internal logistics in the mine.
