  Both sides had in-depth exchanges on the unmanned driving technology of mining monorail cranes, focusing on the technical difficulties of real-time perception, analysis, and control of the driving environment and vehicle condition information of underground monorail cranes. Discussions were conducted on obstacle detection intelligent terminals, monorail crane unmanned driving and ATP protection systems, and equipment fault and degradation feature data mining and analysis software. Both parties reached a consensus on technical solutions and implementation paths, and conducted detailed discussions on the cooperation technology in the unmanned monorail crane project of Huaibei Coal Mine.

  

 

  In the future, both parties will engage in further technological research and development and industrial promotion cooperation.

  General Manager Hog Ruels expressed his full expectations for the unmanned monorail crane system and hoped that both parties could conduct in-depth exploration in the commercial cooperation model and form a deep level of cooperation.

Currently, it has conducted cutting-edge technology exploration and development in AI intelligent identification, locomotive intelligent control, and other directions, providing a technical foundation for project implementation.   The establishment of international scientific and technological exchange and cooperation between the High Tech University of Technology and Scharf, Germany, will fully utilize the advanced technology and advantageous resources of both parties in their respective fields to jointly develop an unmanned driving system for monorail cranes, which has the characteristics of automatic perception, intelligent control, and collision prevention. It will achieve unmanned driving and intelligent scheduling of monorail cranes, and support mixed scheduling operation with manned vehicles, achieving online real-time equipment fault diagnosis and health status analysis, Achieve international leading level.

 

  The project will achieve the domestic replacement of AI video recognition chip modules, becoming an important means and practical support to promote the technological development of China's mine auxiliary transportation equipment field, improve the level of intelligence, and transform the production mode of mine transportation.

 

  What is a monorail crane?

  In recent years, as a new type of transportation vehicle that adapts to the characteristics of China's coal mines, the monorail crane has strong climbing ability, heavy load capacity, high utilization rate of tunnel section space, and continuous and non reloading transportation in level and inclined tunnels, making it gradually become the main carrier for the complex underground environment auxiliary transportation system in China's coal mines. Its transportation operation ability and equipment reliability have a great improvement effect on the safety and efficiency of coal mine production.
