  The intelligent transportation management centralized control system of gocom has been running in Nanshan Mining Co., Ltd. of Anhui Masteel Mining Resources Group for more than a year with high quality, helping Nanshan Mine to create "intelligent railway transportation", promoting the accelerated optimization of mining area equipment conditions and the transformation of railway transportation development mode, achieving the goal of reducing staff and increasing efficiency, and playing a positive role in the safe and efficient production of railway transportation in Masteel Nanshan Mine.

 

  Nanshan Mine of Masteel is an old mine with a hundred years of mining history. Before the system transformation, the original signal interlocking system of the railway transport workshop has been running for many years. The signal opening of the four signal buildings depends on inching, the three-tier traffic command depends on telephone, and the operation chart recording depends on hand drawing. It is inefficient, labor intensive, and has great potential safety hazards in transportation and production.

  Based on the actual situation of Nanshan Mine, gocom provided Nanshan Mine with a full set of personalized "smart railway" overall solutions, including four station full electronic computer interlocking system, intelligent centralized control of command center, logistics tracking and scheduling supervision, digital plane shunting, building a smart railway system with integrating intelligent management, intelligent scheduling, and intelligent monitoring.

  

 

  ※Fully electronic computer interlocking: Upgrading the original decentralized four station microcomputer interlocking system to a fully electronic computer interlocking system. Centralizing it in the command center for unified dispatching, and automatically generating shunting operation plan through graphic drag interaction, which is simple and convenient;

  ※Automatic tracking and control of rolling stock: Realizing real-time tracking of locomotive and vehicle in the whole mine, convenient query of detailed vehicle information, real-time drawing of locomotive running chart, convenient viewing and serving as the basis for dispatching;

  ※The scheduling plan is automatically generated and executed. The dispatching operation plan is sent to the operation site to complete the transformation from manual operation to automatic operation.

  

Today's Nanshan Mine has realized the working mode of "one person, one mouse, one whole plant", reduced nearly 30 personnel posts, improved the production efficiency of railway transportation by more than 20%, and greatly improved the intelligence level of railway transportation organization.
